Brave El Materdor is Spain's prize bulldozer fighter in this Cars Toon track set.

Lightning McQueen and Mater drive by a herd of bulldozers near Radiator Springs. Mater tells Lightning that they are just like the ones he used to fight. The film then goes to Spain in a stadium full of fans. A Bulldozer named Chuy enters the stadium and fights Mater. Mater holds a red cloth on his hook and Chuy chases it. Every time the bulldozer misses Mater, Mater and the crowd say, "Olé!". The bulldozer gets ready to charge at Mater. Mater taunts the bulldozer and it charges. Mater spins around and the bulldozer falls over. As Mater turns to face the crowd, the bulldozer charges again at Mater, this time, bulldozing Mater into the ground. The red cloth falls onto the pile of dirt that Mater is under and a bell tolls. It appears Mater has been killed. Suddenly, Mater emerges from the dirt. The crowd cheers and Mater shakes off his hood. Suddenly, more bulldozers enter the stadium and charge at Mater. He jumps and all the bulldozers crash into each other. Then, even more bulldozers enter the stadium and surround Mater. Back at Radiator Springs, Lightning asks Mater what happened next. Mater says to Lightning, "you was there too". Back in Spain, the bulldozers chase Lightning because of his red paint job. At Radiator Springs, Lightning tells Mater that it did not happen. Mater tells Lightning to tell that to the bulldozers, who chase Lightning down the road.

All of the Cars Toons follow the same tall tale formula: Mater tells a story of something he has done in the past. The action shifts to his story. At some point in certain stories, Mater finds himself in an inescapable predicament. When McQueen questions Mater over whether the events in the story actually occurred (or, in some episodes, asks him what he did next), Mater responds, "Don't you remember? You was there too!" (in some episodes, he says something different, but similar to it), and continues the story including McQueen's sudden (and usually unwilling) participation. The cartoons end with Mater leaving the scene, often followed by characters or references to the story that was being told, suggesting the story might be real. Each story includes Mater, Lightning McQueen, Mia and Tia (the two red cars that adore Lightning McQueen, although in this case they are portrayed as adoring Mater), and various pit crew forklifts.

The Cars Toon Mater's tall tales series was released on DVD and Blu-ray featuring 2 brand new episodes. So far have been released 9 episodes. The last episode #10 is called Air Mater and the first of season 3, and was released on Blu-ray and DVD with Cars 2.

Todos los episodios de Cars Toons siguen la misma fórmula de cuento narrativo Mate cuenta una historia de algo que ha hecho en el pasado. En la historia, Mate se encuentra en una situación increible y temeraria. Cuando Rayo McQueen pregunta si eso realmente pasó, Mate responde: "¿No te acuerdas? Tú también estabas allí!", Y continúa la historia, con la participación repentina de Rayo Mcqueen. La série est centrée sur le soi-disant passé méconnu de Martin, mais il s'agit de délires complets puisque Flash McQueen est toujours impliqué dans ces histoires alors qu'il n'en a aucun souvenir. Pourtant la plupart du temps, le dernier plan apporte un élément qui laisse supposer que l'histoire pourrait être vraie.
