All blu-rays discs are region FREE. So lets take an up-close closer look at this wicked awesome animated film from Pixar. First of all this movie was a fantastic huge success, with a budget of $200 millions it broke box office grossing over $550 millions without any home video sales at all. FYI the 2-disc Cars 2 blu-ray and DVD only has 12 mins of special features, but the 5-disc blu-ray 3D will have over 2 hrs of special features all in HD high definition! Comes with newest Cars Toon 2 short called Air Mater and the very first Toy Story Toon short called "Hawaiian Vacation". And also a 7 minutes promo for Cars Land in Disneyland Califonia called Nuts & Bolts of Cars Land. Also has the newest trailer for the upcoming Disney Planes blu-ray to be released in 2013. "Tokyo Mater"
Mater offers to tow home a stranded Japanese car (named Ito-San), but ends up in Tokyo, Japan after hauling him all the way across the Pacific Ocean. He is subsequently challenged to a race by the Drift King Kabuto (a car resembling Boost, the leader of The Delinquent Road Hazards) with the winner being crowned "King of All Drifters" and the loser being stripped of all custom modifications to become a "stock" car. Lightning McQueen shows up to help Mater fend off an attack by Kabuto's ninjas and then help Mater catch up with Kabuto. There he meets the lovely Bye Bye Kar

"(U.F.M.) Unidentified Flying Mater"
Mater finds a small UFO called Mator and they have a night out. Later, when Mator is captured by the military forces, Mater sneaks up and saves him with the help of Lightning McQueen and the UFO's mother.

"Rescue Squad Mater"
Mater is working as a fire truck and has to rescue Lightning McQueen from a burning building. After he saves McQueen, he rushes the racecar to the hospital where the tow truck reveals that he is also a doctor (with an MD, PhD, STP and GTO) Orderly Pitty 1 and 2 works at the hospital where Mcqueen is..


Mater's Tall Tales (A Cars Toon) is an American animated short television series by Pixar featuring the characters Mater and Lightning McQueen from the film Cars. The episodes currently air on ABC Kids and Disney Junior and formerly on Toon Disney, Disney Channel, and Disney XD. All of the Cars Toons follow the same tall tale formula: Mater tells a story of something he has done in the past. The action shifts to his story. At some point in certain stories, Mater finds himself in an inescapable predicament. When McQueen questions Mater over whether the events in the story actually occurred, Mater responds, "Don't you remember? You was there too!" (in some episodes, he says something different, but similar to it), and continues the story including McQueen's sudden (and usually unwilling) participation. The cartoons end with Mater leaving the scene, often followed by characters or references to the story that was being told, suggesting the story might be real. Plot for Episode: Tokyo Mater
At Flo's V8 Cafe, Sheriff pulls up when three of the Delinquent Road Hazards, Boost, DJ and Wingo drift past. As Sheriff races after them, Mater says that he used to be an import. He then tells Lightning McQueen what happened. In Tokyo Mater follows a group of ladies, when he accidentally bumps into a gang leader resembling Boost, named Kabuto, who challenges him to a race at midnight. After extreme modifications, Mater comes to the starting line. Ito San tells them that they must race to the top of Tokyo Tower and the winner will become king of all drifters. Then, he tells them that the loser will be stripped of all modifications and become stock. The race then starts. After Kabuto mocks him saying that he can't drift, Mater ends up sliding through the lobby of a building and being chased by a cop. After he loses Kabuto, he eventually catches up with him, but is slowed down by his posse of ninjas. Lightning McQueen is a dragon power expert who defeats the ninjas. After he defeats them, Mater notices that Kabuto is almost to the tower. Lightning takes Mater through a shortcut through a building site where Mater learns how to drift. After Mater notices that the road is out, Lightning shoots him into a pipe that blasts him ahead of Kabuto. As they race into Tokyo Tower, Kabuto knocks Mater off the tower, but Mater uses his tow hook to spring him to the top and wins the race. As Kabuto is laughed at by his ninjas after he is stripped of modifications and Mater celebrates his victory, Mater says, "That's how I became Tow-ke-yo Mater, king of all of the drifters."
